ok i love coffee. i love to make really really good coffee. you need a french press. you grind (or crushing is better) your fresh coffee beans yourself. put it in your french press (bod-um. 10 bucks at ikea)) and pour boiling water over it.the key really is the perfect grind. if you grind it too fine it will be bitter, too course will be weak. this coffee is soo good that you will drink it all yourself, and regret giving any to anyone else. but by the slim chance that there is some left over... wait till it gets cold and mix it with half a tall glass of chocolate milk, or if you have Kahlua mix it with milk and Kahlua. soo soo good. and perky.
 | ya coffee is great, but only if its organic, that Folgers shit is for the Birds...Dude, try Oso Negro from Nelson, When i used to live there, the smell of the roasting beans from there shop downtown would loft up to my little house and wake me up..I miss that. Man,, Im having a cup right now, it makes me happy like little blue pills.....come up for a cup!! |

There's a science to them bodems, i tell ya. I will have to pick up one of those Ikea ones if you can vouch for it. Has anyone invented a bodem with batteries that keeps warm? |
 | i keep my bodem warm with my bodem tea-cozy!!! my mum in law sewed two oven mits together - i will post a picture for you! |
