for everyone
Category:Movies
Genre: Horror
ok i'll give it that... it was creepy. but not wet-the-bed kind of creepy. it was pretty good for a horror film. but not that good. it certainly was gorey. about as gorey as a person could take, and then maybe alittle more. yeah i may have squirmed alittle. i tell you what i did like about it...

1. it had that girl from "run lola run" and
(the bad guy from sin city)
2. it was weird and different. distinctly foreign. maybe 2 and a half stars.

yeah, (except for castle of cagliostro) they pretty much sent me the movies on my list that i least wanted to see. that is why i joined rogers video direct... so that i could see films that aren't available in elkford.

Cool photo!!! That's exactly what the escalators are like in Europe. SOOOO long...and SOOOOO steep...you worry that you're going to get vertigo and fall all the way down, knocking everyone over like bowling pins on your way down...

i liked Hudsucker Proxy. Don't forget Blood Simple, Raising Arizona, Miller's Crossing, and Barton Fink. I think those all came before. I also liked Raising Arizona. Still have to check the other 3 out but have heard very good things.
I just saw The Man Who Wasn't There last week. Don't know if you've seen that one. I liked it. Im not a big fan of Film Noir as I find the pace a little too slow but i was quite captivated throughout the entire film just because the acting was so good.

yep, you're right, i'm not sure what made me think it was the first. hmmm. no i haven't seen "the man who..." yet, but it is on my rogers rental list. maybe it will come in next week. hudsucker was pretty good. it wasn't my favorite coen film, but it was pretty good. i'd say about as good as "the ladykillers", but not as good as, say "intolerable cruelty"
